The ELTC Logo was launched by the Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Education Malaysia, Datuk Mahadzir Mohd Khir on 22 April 2003.
The ELTC logo is a graphic statement of the vision and mission of the institution. The design of the logo is underpinned
by the concept of using English as a vehicle in education for global outreach.
The logo comprises four symbols
The first of these four symbols is the letter 'E', which represents different facets of ELTC's mission: English
as the vehicle; Education as the process; Energy as the commitment; and Excellenceas the direction.
The second symbol is a globe, which represents ELTC's global vision.
The three speed lines for the centre stroke of the 'E' are intended to communicate the idea of outreach.
Finally, the design also includes two squares which are intended to represent positive intrinsic values.
