Profile
I am an English language trainer with 12 years of experience training primary and secondary in-service teachers and teacher educators on areas related to creative learning pedagogies and andragogy-based training in the teaching of English as a Second Language. Through the development and implementation of relevant and engaging training modules, resources and activities, I dedicate myself to supporting in-service teachers and teacher educators become independent lifelong learners.

Profile
I have been in the teaching profession for the past 23 years serving both the Malaysian primary and secondary schools as an English language teacher. My research interest areas are English Literature, World Literature in English, and the Teaching of Literature in the Malaysian ESL Classroom. As a trainer, I am committed to share the knowledge of delivering instructions using technology for the purpose of empowering students in the teaching and learning environment.

Profile
Armed with a motto of “Duty is God”, she is a live wire who strives to excel in whatever she undertakes. As an educator, she is passionate about drama and has received numerous awards at both the district and state levels. She has been part of many major initiatives namely Pro-ELT,PPKBIS,DLP,PITO and also a Master Trainer for CEFR. She has conducted several studies on reading habits, language games, the use of English in Malaysia. Her current interest is in educational research programmes using language games, reading and online learning.

I have been in the teaching profession for 22 years. Taught in both primary and secondary schools. I was a School Improvement Specialist Coach (SISC+) for 6 years. Experienced in coaching English Language teachers on pedagogical approaches. Item builder for the reading domain and one of the trainers for PKL under BPK. My main interests are technology in teaching and learning, online professional development, online professional learning community and current pedagogy approaches in an ESL classroom.
